Your funds sit in a regulated trust account in your name at our partner law firm. We are co-signatory only, and that signing right is revocable at any time.

What people ask before they sign.

Is Toivo Investment a licensed real estate firm in Ghana?

Yes. We are GIPC-registered and operate under the Real Estate Agency Council of Ghana. The licence reference is provided on request.

Does Toivo hold client funds?

No. All client money sits in a regulated trust account at our partner law firm, opened in your name. We are co-signatory only, for the purpose of releasing funds against agreed milestones — and you can revoke our signing right at any time.

What does it cost to engage you?

Standing fees are published transparently on the how-it-works page and form part of any engagement letter. Statutory costs (stamp duty, Lands Commission registration, building permits) are billed at cost, with no markup.

Do you take referral commissions from contractors or lawyers?

No. We do not earn referral fees from any third party. Where a third party offers one, we decline it or pass it to you as a reduced invoice.

How does the diaspora client typically interact with you?

Quarterly statements in USD, signed documents handled via secure courier or in-person at handover, and a power-of-attorney pathway when you cannot fly in. Most clients fly in once at the start and once at handover.
