Volta Vista

Volta Vista is our flagship live project — an eight-unit gated A-frame estate on the Akatsi corridor of Ghana's Volta Region, designed as a vacation residence and short-let asset rather than a conventional rental. Each three-bedroom unit is delivered turn-key with marble finishes, a smart-home system, and — at the buyer's choice — either a private pool or a landscaped courtyard garden.

The location is the point. Sogakofe Beach Resort and Holy Trinity Spa both sit around eighteen minutes away; Ada is roughly thirty-five minutes further down the coast. Demand for serviced vacation accommodation along this stretch outpaces supply by a wide margin, and the Akatsi corridor has remained stable on title and pricing for the last decade.

Construction reached ~65% complete before we paused for the Volta Region rainy season and its recurring floods — work resumes as the ground clears. Target delivery is late 2026. Title is held under a 50-year renewable leasehold, registered with the Lands Commission and reviewed by independent counsel before signing. Once delivered, units enter our managed short-let pool — handled by the same T.I property management team that supervises the rest of the portfolio.
